A therapist and psychoanalyst with over 30 years of experience, Dr. Virginia Asla has helped individuals navigate personal challenges and build emotional resilience. Her compassionate and insightful approach supports growth, self‑understanding, and long-term well‑being.

Made up of industry professionals, the board members champion their respective disciplines and works to improve life across the games industry. They help ensure our bootcamps and lessons are high quality, while identifying real issues in the industry and highlighting where both the industry and we can do better.

Tammy King

Award winning singer songwriter turned voice actor, Tammy King brings passion and authenticity to every performance. Her work ranges from corporate explainers, radio commercials, audio dramas and more but she has really found her calling with games. Based in Warwickshire England, she has voiced Flavia in Pompeii: The Legacy, The Narrator in Small Bird Poem and provided singing and voice over for Playtonic's Cattle Country console announcement trailer. Tammy is extremely supportive of the indie scene and has attended many events to meet like minded individuals.

Kyra Chan

Kyra Chan is experienced in Operations, Business Development, Finance, and HR at Executive and SLT level, having worked at high performing and well-funded indie studios including Failbetter Games, Fusebox Games and Netspeak Games. She works as a Business and Operations consultant in the games industry, is passionate about inclusion and is treasurer for IGDA London.

Mia Seljubac

Mia is a Legal Consultant who specialises in Intellectual property, employment, and business law for creative industries. She founded 8-bit Consultancy in order to provide affordable and transparent legal support for indie games studios. Mia is passionate about improving access to information and resources for anyone working in the games industry and wants to make sure small studios have the support they need to thrive and make great games! Mia also serves as a Trustee for Safe In Our World and is Co-founder of Cereal Mug Games.

Mark McManus

Mark McManus is a game quality assurance specialist and designer with nearly a decade of experience in the video game industry. He has contributed to titles at studios including TT Games, Supermassive Games, Creative Assembly, and Unity, and now develops his own projects through Ki10 Games, combining technical insight with player-focused design.

Natasha Nathani

Natasha Nathani is a senior gameplay producer with extensive experience in the video game industry. She has led projects at studios including Improbable, Rebellion, Ubisoft, and Sumo Sheffield, combining technical expertise with team-focused leadership to deliver polished gameplay experiences. Natasha has a real passion and focus on education and has worked as a mentor for the girls network in previous years as well as teaching production processes and best practice at local game dev bootcamps to ensure new and young professionals are fully armed for joining the games industry.

Isabella Brunke

Isabella currently assists HiG with social media, while aspiring to build a career as a writer within the games industry. Isabella Brunke is a skilled copywriter and creative writer eager to get involved within the industry. She is an innovative storyteller with a particular passion for horror but is experienced in writing a multitude of genres. A detail-oriented writer, she seeks to elevate stories through strong, compelling characters. She is hopeful to get involved in the gaming industry and craft strong, impactful stories.
