This Donations Policy govern donations to Humans in Games Ltd, a company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16929971).

  • improvement of platforms, tools, and infrastructure,

Humans in Games Ltd is committed to using donations responsibly and transparently.

The company:

  • maintains appropriate financial records,

  • applies internal governance and oversight through its Directors, and

  • uses donations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Refunds

Donations are non-refundable except where required by law.

If a donation has been made in error, donors may contact Humans in Games Ltd within a reasonable period, and requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Payment Processing

Donations are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

Humans in Games Ltd does not store payment card details. Payment providers process personal and financial data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

7. Data Protection

  • the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR),

  • the Data Protection Act 2018, and
